Dreaming Big Today…
Do you journal? If so, what is your favorite part about journaling?
For me, I like how it lets me express myself fully. I like how I get to empty all of the thoughts going on in my head and work through things. I feel less cluttered afterward.
I have a journal prompt for you today, but first I need to explain something that I have been hearing from various mentors/spiritual teachers, including Abraham Hicks.
It is something that I hear with my ears & my mind, but I am still working on completely understanding it & practicing it so that I feel it with my heart.
I want it to come naturally to me, and for it to become a part of my identity.
So listen up…
Do you know what your sole purpose in life is? I know this is something I have personally struggled with for years – probably why I have gained so many passions & business ideas now that I don’t know which direction to go.
Now, what if I told you that EVERYONE has the same sole purpose in life. Would you think I am lying and that can’t possibly be true?
Well, it is.
EVERYONE HAS THE SAME SOUL PURPOSE IN LIFE. Do you know what it is? It is to be happy.
Whatever that means to you! Whatever thoughts or actions can bring that feeling to you, FOCUS in on them.
If you can find joy in each moment of time, then you will have truly succeeded in life.
You will begin to glow. Your happiness will reflect on other people’s lives. You will start becoming a magnet to everything that could possibly make you happy.
Stop driving yourself crazy on searching for the sole purpose that will allow you to make a BIG IMPACT in this lifetime, and know that your soul’s purpose is to find happiness.
So if you just focus on being happy, then everything else will reveal itself at the perfect moments.
With that being said, today’s journal prompt is:
“If my sole purpose in life is to JUST BE HAPPY, and to find joy in any moment, then how could I achieve this?Love & Light,
How could I bring happiness into my work?
How could I bring happiness into my relationships?
How could I bring happiness to my self-care regimes?
And the hardest one yet…how could I bring happiness to the dark times that life has to offer? “
